Tsunami Aceh

Aceh History

Pantai Lhoknga Aceh

Pulau Weh Aceh

Nature Park (TWA) Sea Pulau Weh is based on the Decree of the Minister of Agriculture. 928/Kpts/Um/12/1982 dated December 27, 1982 covering an area of 2600 Ha. Geographically TWA Weh Island Marine is located at 0552 'North latitude and 9552' east longitude. In TWA Sea Pulau Weh, Sabang there are coral reefs, both hard corals and soft corals of all types, shapes and colors, all of which form a cluster of interesting reef to be enjoyed, among other areas of coral reefs with names lupas, deer corals, coral crackers. In addition to coral reefs, sea TWA Pulau Weh, Sabang can be found species of reef fish such as Angel fish, fish Tropet, Dunsel fish, fish Sergeon, Grope fish, Parrot fish and others. Pantai Lampuuk Aceh

Pantai Lampuuk Aceh. Lampuuk Beach is a tourist attraction in Aceh and is located on the west coast of Aceh. Aceh Tourism

Aceh Tourism. Aceh Culture

Aceh Culture. Acehnese who had once been called by the name of Aceh (1959-2001) and Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam (2001-2009) is a province in Indonesia and is the westernmost province in Indonesia. Aceh has the autonomy to set its own, unlike most other provinces in Indonesia, for historical reasons. This area is bordered by the Bay of Bengal in the north, the Indian Ocean to the west, the Strait of Malacca in the east, and North Sumatra in southeast and south.

The capital of Aceh is Banda Aceh. Its port is Malahayati-Krueng Raya, Ulee Lheue, Sabang, Lhokseumawe and Langsa. Aceh is the region worst hit by the earthquake and tsunami of 26 December 2004. Some places on the coast disappear altogether. The hardest is Banda Aceh, Aceh Besar, Aceh Jaya, Aceh Barat, Singkil and Simeuleu.

Aceh has a wealth of natural resources such as petroleum and natural gas. Natural Resources is located in North Aceh and East Aceh. Aceh is also famous for its forest resources, which is located along the Bukit Barisan range, from Kutacane, Aceh Tenggara, until Seulawah, Aceh Besar. A national park, namely Leuseur Mountain National Park (TNGL) is also available diAceh Southeast.

National Culture


National culture is a culture which is recognized as a national identity. The definition of national culture according to MPR No.II 1998, namely:
"National culture based on Pancasila is the embodiment of creativity, work and wills of the people of Indonesia and is an overall effort to develop Indonesia's human dignity as a nation, and directed to provide insight and meaning to national development in all spheres of life of the nation.
